Naturally, there are many reviews about products, especially supplements because our bodies all react differently. Some are more sensitive or less sensitive than others. So I didn’t really take into account others' experiences, I needed to try it for myself. Yes, it does its job like magic! I didn’t do it to lose weight but to have that gut cleanse and that’s exactly what I got. Yes be near a bathroom, no I didn’t wake up middle of the night cramping. I took it around 7-8pm & Yes it took effect the next morning.
As expected, when things are rumbling in there, you will get a like discomfort but nothing terrible. I would advise you to stay hydrated and replenish your electrolytes cause it can cause dehydration when going so often. Not a personal
Experience but I am a nurse and just want to make sure to all stay informed. I personally chose to do 2 days on, 1 day off, then 2 days again as my body is a bit sensitive. Highly recommend it for a good gut cleanser. I cannot attest to weight loss as it wasn’t a goal so I didn’t weigh myself but I do feel less bloated and more energized.

Very surprised this product works. I waited till the weekend to start. Took only one per day for the first three days. Then I discovered that I need to drink water consistently to help my system and I'm not much of a water drinker. The water takes any kind of cramping I felt because you do use that bathroom a lot especially when I get excited. Started taking two per day on the 4th day. Currently on day 7 and loving the results. I actually have to wear a belt. The only reason I ordered it is because I'm always feeling bloated when I eat. You definitely must eat and drink water to do this cleanse. I'm sticking with this product and will be doing it twice a year. I'm horrified by what I relieved out of my body and very satisfied. Truly surprised and thankful.
